Soltilo Bright Stars learn opponents in the Stanbic Uganda Cup semi-finals.


The draws for the semifinals of the 2022/23 Stanbic Uganda Cup have been made and Soltilo Bright Stars FC have therefore learnt their opponents. The team will be facing off against Uganda Premier League giants Vipers SC.

Bright Stars have been impressive in the competition so far, winning all their matches and keeping a clean sheet in every game except for one. This feat is even more impressive considering they faced strong opposition such as KCCA FC, who they eliminated in the quarter-finals at Kavumba Recreation Ground.

The team has shown great teamwork and discipline throughout the tournament, with their players showcasing exceptional skills and determination on the pitch. The fact that they are the only team that’s  conceded only a single goal in this year’s edition of the tournament is a testament to their defensive prowess.

Soltilo Bright Stars will be looking to continue their impressive run in the competition and make it to the final. The team has a chance to write their name in the history books as one of the few teams to have won the prestigious Uganda Cup.
